How to make Jeera Water

The procedure for making Jeera water is so simple as it will take you only 8 minutes to prepare.


2 to 3 teaspoons of cumin seeds

4 to 5 cups of fresh drinking water

Put the water in a sauce pan and bring to boil and then add the cumin seeds to it. Let it boil nicely for around 5 minutes. Next, switch off the stove and leave the cumin seeds water covered with a lid. Once it has cooled to room temperature you can start having it instead of plain water.

Alternatively, you can add cumin seeds to a jug of water and leave overnight and you can drink the Jeera the water the next day and through out the day. You can add some honey if the taste is not pleasant to your taste.
