Japanese women are famed for their clear, flawless and their ability to stay younger even into their older years. 60 is the new 30 when it comes to the Japanese. They have a much higher life expectancy than any other nation in the world- 87years.

Perhaps Japanese women’s beauty has to do with genes or some secret that we could never hack even if we tried. So what is their secret?

Besides incorporating healthy foods in their diets, Japanese rely on those same healthy foods for their looks. Many women do not use expensive cosmetic products and still look young and beautiful, they instead use home remedy face creams and masks that nourish their skin making it smooth and tight.

Here is a Japanese recipe that will make you look 10 years younger:

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of rice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of milk

The preparation for this home remedy is quite simple.

-Boil the rice until it is tender then strain (keep the rice water for later use).

-In the rice mix in one tablespoon of hot milk and one tablespoon of honey and mix nicely all the ingredients.

-Apply the mixture to a cleansed face and leave until it dries.

-Wash your face with the water from the cooked rice that had been set aside.

Rice is one of the best kept beauty secrets that the Japanese hold. Rice is not only a super healthy food, packed with vitamins and minerals, that helps the skin glow from within.

Rice can be used as an exfoliant for radiant and firmer skin while the water used to wash rice, to boiled rice in or rather the water you had boiled it in, or simply rinsed it in, can be used as a facial wash.

Rice water helps with blood circulation and acts as an antioxidant and it will moisturize skin and get rid of wrinkles. Rice water also reduces any inflammation of the skin and help keep your skin healthy and hydrated.

In order to achieve even greater results, repeat this procedure at least once a week.
