This December, What’s Good Studios (WGS) celebrates their third anniversary in a massive way! To mark this occasion, WGS provide music entertainment from Cosmic Homies (which Miss Karun is part of), Tetu Shani, Nu Fvnk of New Wave with Taio Tripper on the decks. The event will also showcase dynamic content experiences while highlighting What’s Good in young urban Africa.
Ahead of the anticipated birthday event, Tilo Ponder CEO and co-founder of WGS - East Africa’s leading digital content studio - says, “Africa is a very dynamic digital market and it’s exciting to be at the forefront of creating peer driven content experiences, which delight Millennial audiences while at the same time connecting them with aspirational brands,” weighing on Yummy TV, one of their new partnerships: “Having worked with Yummy covering Burger Festival and Pizza Festival this year, it was a no brainer to partner with Yummy to capture dynamic food experiences and showcase Nairobi's growing food scene.. So stay tuned!” Another exciting partnership has been WGS extending True Love and Drum magazines into digital formats to create True Love TV and Drum TV.
With a strong current foot in the industry and three years experience, WGS is expanding into East Africa to better serve lovers of the platform and brand partners who are constantly seeking more integration within local content, and amplification across lifestyle sectors.
